1. Ignored, unheeded, not listened to. Also in n.Eng. dial. See Tent, v.1, 1.e.Lth. a.1801 R. Gall Poems (1819) 68:
While busy Time still jogged on. Unmarked, untented.

2. Not looked after, not attended to, uncared for. See Tent, v.1, 2. (2), 5.Slk. 1885 Blackwood's Mag. (Nov.) 646:
There stands the gudeman's loom . . . Untentit noo, and toom.
Slg. 1898 J. Slimmon Dead Planet 90:
My bairns untented up and doun Barefuitted, ragged, scour the toun.

3. Careless, unconsidered, heedless, unguarded.Edb. 1791 J. Learmont Poems 61:
