UNBEEN, adj. Of a building: in a poor condition, in a poor state of repair, neglected, insecure. See Bien, adj.Sc. 1776 Bonnie James Campbell in Child Ballads No. 210 A.iv.:
My house is unbigged, My barn's unbeen, My corn's unshorn, My meadow grows green.
