TRAILII. Zool. Specif. name of several genera of birds, Contopus Muscicapa or American flycatcher (1826 J. J. Audubon Birds Amer. I. 65), Pastor, or rose-coloured starling of the Levant (1832 N. A. Vigors Proc. & Comm. Sci. Zool. Soc. XIV. 175), Oriolus, an oriole from Indo-China, and others; also of a Cheirolepis, or fossil fish from Orkney (1835 J. L. R. Agassiz Poissons Fossiles II. 130).
