BRINK, n. A large stone playing-marble (Mry. 1975). Cf. Brinkler.Abd. 1961 Press & Jnl. (24 Feb.):
Those coloured glass marbles which are almost exclusively used now and had short shrift when struck by our granite-hard “brinks”.
