¶SEENT, v. ? See quot. Mr. R. F. Dell, the City Archivist of Glasgow, suggests (1967) that the form is a scribal mistake for sementing, cementing, which is possible.Gsw. 1728 Burgh. Rec. Gsw. (1909) 305:
Cutting out of skylights in the Grammar School and seenting of them.
