PULLET, n.1 Sc. geolog. or mining usage: a variety of indurated clay or shale of a bluish-grey colour. See also Blaes.Lnk. 1845 Stat. Acc.2 VI. 317:
The space between these seams is filled up with 18 or 20 inches of blaes or pullet, full of shells and other organic remains.
