He taks the tout at every bit lippening word.
Sh. 1908 Old-Lore Misc. I. vi. 232:
Gude grant 'at blessings may lippen ta de.
Ork. 1908 Old-Lore Misc. I. v. 175:
Sheu lippened on the key o' the big kist.

[Both usages are unparalleled and of doubtful orig., phs. due to an extended usage of Lippen, v.1, 1., sc. to chance oneself to.]
