Ye're nae ane o' the Burnside kiteral frae Braefit.

[O.Sc. ketterel, id., from a.1572. Appar. a deriv. of Du. ketter, Norw. kjettar, Ger. ketzer, a heretic, a sodomite, with semantic development sim. to Eng. bugger.]
