KAPSWEEVLE, v. Also kep-, -sweevil (Ork. 1920 J. Firth Reminisc. Gl.), kjepswivvel (Angus); kapswivl (Jak.). To topple over, capsize, tilt, as a load of hay or corn (Sh. 1908 Jak. (1928); Ork. 1929 Marw., ‡Ork. 1959); tr. to tilt over and slew round, as in moving a heavy cask (Sh. 1914 Angus Gl.). [k(j)əp′swi:vl]Ork. 1880 Dennison Sketch-Bk. 125:
