Ye meggie-lickie-spinnie tow! Ye upsettin' gameramus, 'at wud daur to insult an auld man.
Mry. 1873 J. Brown Round Table Club 245:
Ye muckle gamaramus, ye're lauchin' at it. Ye wadna be daffin gin the comet cam' a dird on this warld.

[Prob. a conflation of gammerel (see Gomeril) and Eng. ignoramus.]
