DENUDE, v. Sc. law: “of a trustee, to hand over the trust estate on giving up the office of trustee” (Sc. 1946 A. D. Gibb Legal Terms 28).Sc. 1707 Fountainhall Decisions II. 355:
To infeft himself in the lands and houses acquired, and then to denude and dispone to him, as the wife's assignee of the equal half.
