1. n. comb. “A person of small stature; applied commonly to the male sex” (Bnff. 1866 Gregor D. Bnff. 221, cock-a-breekie); a small boy, esp. one who has just been put into trousers (Abd.2, Abd.9 1936).Bnff.2 1936:
Hullo, Cocky-breeky! I hardly kent ye. Ye're a man noo.
