2. “To hamper, inconvenience, or incommode with or by anything; to annoy in this way” (Ib.).Rxb. 1923 Watson W.-B.:
Fair boonder't wi' ticht claes.

[Eng. bound, a boundary; perhaps the above forms are due to some confusion with border, in the same sense.]
