BEWALLACHIE, adj. and n. Bewailing. [bɪ′wɑləxɪ̢]

She's a bae-wae, bewallachie craitur.

2. n.Id.:
Sic a bewallachie's she heeld owre 't!

[Seems a cross between bewail and Walloch, q.v., a scream. For suff. cf. Pitleurachie.]
