ANNUALRENTER, n. One who is entitled to an annualrent.Sc. 1754 Erskine Princ. Law Scot. (1820) 221:
The annualrenter may therefore insist in a real action for obtaining letters of poinding the ground, upon which he may distrain the corns, cattle, or other moveables upon the lands, for payment of his interest.
