ALLUTERLY, -UTTERLY, adv. Utterly, completely. Occurs only as an archaic revival in mod.Sc.Sc.(E) 1879 P. H. Waddell Isaiah xxiv. 3:
The lan' sal be toom'd alluterly.

[Common in O.Sc. (quots. from 14th to 17th cent. in D.O.S.T.); occurs in Mid.Eng. till early 15th cent. From all, adv. + utterly, adv.]
