Quhele, Quheill, v. [ME and e.m.E. hweol- (Ancr. R.), whielen (Chaucer), whele (1513), f. Quhel(e,n.] a. causative. To make (someone) move downwards (doun) by turning a wheel on which he is mounted. b. To cause (a horse) to turn around (about) to face in the opposite direction. c. intr.
