Proclame, v. Also: proclaim(e, proclayme, proclamm-, proclamn-, procleme, procleam(e. P.p. also (Doug.) proclame. [ME and e.m.E. proclame (Gower), proclayme (c 1450), proclaim(e, L. prōclāmāre, F. proclamer (1549 in Hatz.-Darm.).] To proclaim.
