(Overhale,) Overhail, v. Also: ovir-, ower-, owir-, ov'r- and -hale, -haile, -haill. [Hale v.1; also e.m.E. (1579) in certain senses. Cf. the earlier Ourhale v. (and Overharl(e v.).]
