Ok(k)er, Ocker, n. Also: okere; ok(k)ir(e, -yr; ockar, -ir, ockre; oc(c)re, occour(e. [ME. oker (Ancr. R.), okir(e, ocur, e.m.E. ocker, but latterly appar. chiefly Sc., ON. okr (Sw. ocker, Da. okker).]
