DWAMFLE, Dwamphle, adj. Pliable, flexible, loose, sagging; used of one whose figure is tall, thin, and not well-knit (Bnff.13 1916, dwamphle; Bnff.9 c.1927, dwamfle), or of a sack not well filled (Bnff. 1951).
