1. n. “One who is slow in doing any thing, who moves as if dragging himself along” (Slk. 1825 Jam.2; Rxb. 1923 Watson W.-B.). Also †drechle (Watson).
†2. v. Found only in ppl.adj. drachling, draghling, slow, lazy, easy-going.Sc. 1756 M. Calderwood Journey (M.C.) 117:
