SKEESHLE, n., v. Cai. variant form of Scushle, q.v. [skiʃl]
I. n. A hurried, scuffling walk (Cai. 1921 T.S.D.C., Cai. 1970).
II. v. To scuffle, to walk in a hurried shuffling manner (Id.).Cai. 1929 John o' Groat Jnl. (13 Sept.):
A'm no' till hev Princie [a horse] skeeshlin' Wi' one side heich an' 'e ither layich.
