KLABBA, n. See quot.Sh. 1914 Old-Lore Misc. VII. ii. 71:
Klabba is “junket.” In our dialect we call it “yearned” milk, that is, milk set thick by the action of “yearnin” (rennet) or butterwort.

[This word is of doubtful authenticity, phs. formed on the analogy of Norw. dial. klabb, a cohesive lump, as of snow, or Kleebie, q.v.]
