JUDICATUM SOLVI, adj.phr. Sc. Law, of security: given in pledge “that any judgment to be pronounced in a depending action would be paid or satisfied, . . . required in certain actions against foreigners” (Sc. 1896 W. K. Morton Manual 301). [dʒudɪ′ketəm ′solvi]Sc. 1743 Morison Decisions 2040:
