GREESH, n.2 A voiced variant of Creesh, n.1, fat, grease.Sh. 1908 Old-Lore Misc. I. vi. 232:
Benedictions were most abundant, and more generously expressed, than curses. “Gude grant 'at blessings may lippen ta de, an laiste lek da greesh o' Farquar's pig.”
