There will be Tartan, Dragen and Brachen, and fouth of good gappoks of Skate. [In Ramsay T.T. Misc. 1724–27 (1733) I. 91. the spelling is gabbock, in J. Ritson Sc. Songs (1794) I. 211, gappock.]
