FISTY, n. Used mostly attrib. as a nickname.
1. A left-handed person.Slg. 1896 W. Harvey Kennethcrook x.:
The pupils called him “Fisty Darumple” — fisty being the term they applied to one who used the left hand in preference to the right.
2. A person who has only one hand (Uls. 1880 Patterson Gl.).
