CESSIONER, n. One to whom a cession of property is made.Sc. 1710 Nairne Peerage Evidence (1873) 43:
Constitute Patrick Nairn of Jackstone her cessioner and assigney to a bond granted to her.

Her very lawfull undoubted and irrevocable Cessioners and Asseyneys in and to the sum of Four thousand merks.
Lnk. 1703 Annals of Lesmahagow (ed. Greenshields 1864) viii.:
