BOSEY, adj. Ghostly. [′bo:zi]Gall. 1927 Times (4 Oct.) 17/5:
A stell, which the natives call the Bosey (ghostly or haunted) Stell, [a name derived from] a group of prehistoric graves, of the single slab type, whose occupants had doubtless furnished the ghosts.
