AUGHT, n.1 In the phrase in my aught (and the like) = in my estimation. Sc.(E) 1879 P. H. Waddell Isaiah v. 21:
Wae's them sae far-seen, ay i' their ain een; sae sikker an' straught, ay i' their ain aught.
Ayr. 1821 Galt Annals of the Par. v.:
