Pronuncear, n. [17th c. Eng. pronouncer (1618), ME pronouncere (Chaucer), f. Pronunc(e v.1] One who pronounces, in sense 1 of Pronunc(e v.1 — 1561–2 Reg. Privy C. I 197.
Allegit that the principale actioun is intentit aganis the said Thomas Kennedy … quha is the gevar and pronuncear of the said decreit, and that the pronuncatioun thairof wes befoir the writting of the samyn … and als allegit that the said decreit mycht be utherwyise writtin in the court buke nor it wes pronuncit
