Sinistrous, adj. Also: sinistrouse, -ows, -us, -uous, sin-, synisterous, senistrous, -uous, -(eo)us. [e.m.E. sinisterous (1560), sinistrus (a1575), sinistrous (1598), -uous (1687), L. sinistr-. Cf. Sinister adj.]
