Novel disseysing, Novell dissaisin(e, n. Also: nouvelle dissasine. [e.m.E. novell disseisine, AF. novele disseisine (14th c.): cf. New Disseysing.] a. Wrongful ejection or eviction from landed property or dispossession of goods. b. The process by brieve for restitution of such lands or goods. c.
