Infeftment, n. Also: infeift-, infef-[Var. of Enfeftment. The usual form, and in frequent use, from c 1450 to 1650.]

1. The act of infefting, the fact of being infefted, in heritable property.Also conjunct infeftment, Conjunct adj. 2 (1). 1423 Charter (Reg. H.) C.O. No. 37.
