Hillok, -ock, Hel(l)ok, n. [ME. hilloc, hillok (Wycl.), e.m.E. hillock(e, -okk(e, dim. of Hill n.] A hillock.Recorded in place-names from c 1500, as Lammyrhillok, Hundehillok, Doghillok, Mylne hillok, etc.(a) a1497, 15.. Gray MS. vi. 63.
