Foular, Foul(l)er, n. Also: fouliar, fowlar(e, -air, fowler. [ME. fouler, fowler(e, OE. fuᵹelere.] A fowler.Earlier instances occur in the surnames Fuler (c 1320), Fouler (1358), Fowlar (1387), and the place-names Foulerysland (1381), Fowlartoun (1429). a1500 Henr. Fab. 1803 (B).
