Volum(e, -ome, n. Also: wolum(e, wollume, volumbe, volumen, volumn. Pl. also volummis, wolummis, volumnes. [ME and e.m.E. volym (Wyclif), volume (Chaucer), volum (Trevisa), OF volum(e, L. volūmen.]
