Valuably, adv. [17th c. Eng. valuably (1629).] With regard to or including the monetary value of a thing. — 1627 M. P. Brown Suppl. Decis. I 47, 48.
The Lords found that, although the first gift had been valuably given to a donatar's own behoof, yet if the donatar should thereafter … dispone … the right thereof to the rebel … that the king might dispone valuably a new gift of the same escheat
