Requisit(e, adj. Also: requys-, reques- and -itt, -et(t, -eit, -ed; and rerquiseat. [Late ME and e.m.E. requisite adj. (1472–3), -it(e noun (1602), L. requīsītus, p.p. of requīrere Requir(e v.] Requisite.It is not always possible to distinguish clearly between the two following senses.

a. Required; demanded; called for as appropriate or essential; laid down.(a) Winȝet I 28/20. 1576 Aberd. Sheriff Ct. I 274.
