Prest(e)-, Preisthed(e, -heid, n. Also: priest-, prist- and -heide, -heed, -head, and prestede. [North. ME preisthede (Cursor M.), late ME presthed (c 1400), e.m.E. prestheade, presthed: cf. Prest(e)had(e and Prestehoode.]
