On-ane, One-ane, Onan, adv. [North. and north midl. ME. on an, onane (Cursor M.), early ME. anan, onnan (Orm), OE. on án into one, on áne in one. Cf. Anone, Onone.]Written as one or two words.Unlike Anone, appar. only in early verse (Barbour to Douglas), and chiefly or only in rhyme.
