Knave-, Knaifschip, n. Also: cnave-, knav-, knavi-; knaiv(e)-; knaw-; knev-, knew-; knaiff-, knayf-; knef-, kneif-; and -schipe, -schipt, -scip, -ship(pe, -shep, -chep, -cheip, -chip. [f. Knave n. (cf. sense 3 c). Cf. also Knaschip.]
