Abrogat(e, p.p. and v. [ME. abrogat (15th c.), e.m.E. abrogate, L. abrogātus, p.p. of abrogāre. As in Eng., the use of the p.p. precedes that of the verb.]

1. p.p. Abrogated.a1499 Contempl. Sinn. 191 (writ quhilk is nocht abrogat). 1531 Bell. Boece II. 165 (this custome was abrogat). 1596 Dalr. I. 153/1 (lawes abrogat and put out of vsse). 1622-6 Bisset I. 45/13.
