GLUSH, n.2 Anything in a state of or resembling pulp, esp. mud or snow beginning to melt (Sc. 1808 Jam.; Ork. 1900 E.D.D.; Sh. 1908 Jak. (1928); Ork., Cai. 1954); a mess (Cai.8 1934). Hence glushie, -y, slushy, of soft snow (Kcd. 1920; Fif. 1954).Ags. 1825 Jam.:
