Ratifier, n. [e.m.E. ratifier (Shakesp.) that which ratifies.] One who by his words or deeds is held to have sanctioned or given approval to the committing of a crime. —1678 Mackenzie Laws & C. i xxxv 8 (1678) 341, 2 (see Ratify v. 1 b).
