Condam(p)ne, v. Also: condam(me, -dame; condamp(e, -dampt. [OF. condam(p)ner, variant of condem(p)ner, after L. dam(p)nāre.]

1. tr. To condemn (a person) judicially; to find guilty or in the wrong.(a) 1398 Acts I. 210/2.
